15-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. This applies to Volume I, Volume II, and the complete collection. Carlos Vega Academy is a monthly video course with a 15-day money-back guarantee through Hotmart.
I want the purchase to be as clear as the game plan. Here are the terms.
Your guarantee
You have 15 days from the purchase date to request a full refund, no questions asked. Each purchase has its own guarantee period.
Video course and cancellation
Carlos Vega Academy: 7 days free, then $19.90 a month (USD). The video course renews monthly until you cancel. The video course has a 15-day money-back guarantee through Hotmart. Cancel any time from your Hotmart account. Lessons remain available until your next billing date. No further monthly payments are taken after cancellation. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not itself request a refund. Request a video course refund within the guarantee period using the steps below, and identify the video course and the payment concerned. Refunds use the original payment provider and payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Use the refund option in your Hotmart purchase email or open your purchase at consumer.hotmart.com. You can also email business@playlikecarlos.com with your purchase details. Include the email address used at checkout, the book or collection purchased, and the order number if available. Do not send full card details.
Where the refund goes
Refunds go through the original payment provider and payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
After the guarantee period
The 15-day guarantee ends after that window. For a billing error or access issue, contact business@playlikecarlos.com with the purchase details. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
